KORALOO

Singer/Songwriter

A singer and songwriter whose music combines vulnerability, honesty, perspective, and positivity, KORALOO’s roots can be traced back to the musical inspiration of Alanis Morissette, The Civil Wars, and Tori Kelly. In a culmination of Indie and pop, she resembles Julia Michaels, Halsey, and Camilla Cabello, adding R&B flavor throughout.

Born and raised in Mission Viejo, California, KORALOO’s passion for music evolved as she grew up singing in the church. It was there that she realized she could no longer live without singing. At 21, she began taking music more seriously and taught herself to play guitar from YouTube videos. Following this, she sporadically performed at casual coffee shop gigs.

In 2017, KORALOO moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting. As a part of multiple comedy improv sketch groups, KORALOO performed in shows demonstrating her vulnerability through humor. In the meantime, she continued playing music for friends and family until she met musician and producer, Blayk. He instantly took notice of her raw tone and pen-game and offered to collaborate with her.

They immediately began creating together and in summer of 2020 they co-wrote their first single, “Difficult”. You can find the song on Spotify, Apple Music, and Soundcloud along with an artistic concept video on YouTube dropping February 1st, 2021. Look out for KORALOO’s first official EP coming out this year!
